This was a full kitchen renovation in Harpenden.
We removed a dividing wall between the existing kitchen and dining room and installed a steel beam.
We also carried out a full replaster, full decoration, porcelain floor tiles through out, new lighting and a full rewire and the installation of a modern kitchen with granite work tops. Even the dining room table was made by is using reclaimed timber and box section steel for its legs.

We made good use of this eaves space in this ensuite bathroom by constructing purpose made cabinets to suit the space perfectly

We took this tired and dated bathroom and transformed it into luxurious modern space.
We installed flooring insulation and new floors.
A wet room shower tray, new high end suite with porcelain wall and floor tiling. Heated towel rail and heated illuminated mirror and decorated throughout.

This bedroom just had a simple redecoration and recarpet.
We installed ready made wardrobe carcasses and made adaptations to fit the space. The doors were hand made and painted to fit the decor. A very cost effective way to achieve the desired effect.

In this bedroom the old creeky old floor boards were replaced, the floor strengthened and flooring insulation laid.
We replaced all of the skirtings and architraves and carried out a complete redecoration, finished off by fitting new carpets.

This project involved replacing two 20-year-old felt flat roofs with modern standing seam zinc roofing, providing a durable, low-maintenance and contemporary finish. Due to restricted access, all scaffolding and materials were carefully transported through the house to reach the rear elevations. The works were planned and managed to minimise disruption while delivering a high-quality, long-lasting roofing solution.
